This day in time our society main focus is getting money and being successful. Being young and fresh out of college it can be hard finding employment. Most companies want workers with experience as well as degrees. Some companies require at least a year of experience before they even consider you for a position. Many young people believe that the older people are posing a threat to their career. My opinion on that is that most older people have experience and know what it takes to get the job done. They are on time, focus mainly on the job and rarely missing days. We has young people have to prove our selves daily in the work force, showing them we can work just as hard, be on time, stay focus and hardly miss days. Most jobs find it easier to work with older people, because they are more mature and do not require a lot of training. When you have went to school for 4 to 8 years and you know you can handle the same position as an older person you just want a chance to prove yourself. You have the education but they want let you put the work in, the work that is required to get to the top. If a younger person poses the characteristic that is needed to help your company grow, why not hire them, give them a chance to prove how eager they are to help with the companies growth.
Deontology recognizes that companies whether for profit or not profit, have a fundamental requirement ;namely to carry out their mission. Specifically in the case of for profit corporations that mission is to make sufficient profit to stay in business and, preferably continue to grow(Mosser,2013).
