It is important for leaders in higher education to identify the issues that pertain to their institution and be prepared to confront the issues from an historical perspective moving into the future. For this assignment, focus on issues impacting Higher Education responding to Cohen’s second question: Who is going to study it?
General Requirements:
Use the following information to ensure successful completion of the assignment:

2.Discuss why this is an issue.
3.Discuss why this remains an issue today.
4.Analyze the impact of this issue on higher education for the future using the perspective of a researcher. What types of research studies could be possible, what methodologies could be used, etc.
