Sexual harassment claims are common. Harassment is perpetrated by individuals in positions of power and include verbal offenses as well as overt or covert actions (Meadows, 2014).

- Pretend that you are a manager for a large corporation. First, discuss the two types of claims arising from sexual harassment cases. Next, what would you do to minimize and eliminate sexual harassment at your place of work?
